Message	They also have a shelf life depending on how much whp you put down. They don't last forever and that's why the pulley snout and damper are two different pieces. If I just rebuilt my engine and had it balanced it might not be necessary. But considering it balances it's yourself specifically to your engine, 10k rpm protection, if I'm not mistaken it actually gives you more power than an ur pulley. Could be wrong though.
